Shipping policy
Delivery Time:
USA: 10-14 business days.
Other Countries: 14-21 business days.
The customs processing time is not included in the delivery time.
Order Preparation Time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be confirmed, processed, packed, and prepared to be handed off to the carrier. No modifications or cancellations are possible once an order number is attached to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when tracking information is available.
*Please note shipping is separate from your order preparation time, and both occur during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3 PM PST will start getting prepared the next business day.
*Please note that fulfillment preparation may take 1-2 business days.
*If you place an order on Friday after 2 PM, it will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday) because we do not ship on weekends.
About shipping fee:
Normally, we bear the shipping fee, which means, free shipping for the buyer. Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.
About customs fees:
Depending on location, custom fees and requirements may apply. Please note that these fees are not included in the shipping cost upon order processing and the customer is responsible for all related fees relating to customs or orders being held due to import restrictions. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.
