Cancellations & Refunds

All orders are ineligible for cancelation after 48 hours. You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within that time period as long as it has not been fulfilled or shipped.

If your order has been fulfilled or shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30-days of delivery by contacting us.

What’s not returnable?

Please note that all of our boxes are sealed with a sticker. If the sticker is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
